This was a great experience for me (especially thanks to Nerissa who was helpful and communicative)! And want to share more details to help those who may be looking for a car shipment company.

I had done a lot of research before choosing this company. To be honest, many other companies seemed to have only generic, positive reviews that seemed suspicious, so I was very cautious throughout the whole search process. Then I came across Carshipping168 (SkyFox LLC), which seemed a lot more personal as I was talking directly with a representative and not mass spam emails/calls like you would experience elsewhere. Here are some highlights:

- Price transparency: no hidden costs
- Car arrived in perfect condition and earlier than expected
- Price is reasonable
- Customer service: timely responses, patient and kind towards my concerns and questions, truly exceeded expectations
- Easy and flexible payment process (cash upon delivery or e-payments like Zelle)

But of course, I also want to outline some things that were outside my expectations, not meant as good or bad, just some observations. First, the driver does not appear to be dropping cars off along the way, and seemed to drop off only at a local central distribution center. From PA to CA, my car arrived in ~3 days, kept in a company lot for ~2 days before I was contacted about delivery options. I was told I could A) wait 2-3 more days for local delivery or B) come pick it up myself as early as the next available business hour since it’s a nearby location. I chose the pickup option.

I wasn’t sure why the car was stored for 2 days when it had already arrived, some reason I thought they’d do delivery as soon as truck arrived to destination State/City. So I think more update and communication during car shipment would be better, and help us feel better more secure.

All around, it was great! I did not experience anything that I was scared about when reading about the risks of car shipping in general, thanks to their professional help.
