How long does it take for shipping my vehicle?
Inside the U.S., it usually takes around 7-10 days from east-coast to west-coast. For other locations, you can divide the total travel time by 6 to get the number of delivery days.
Outside the U.S., it varies much from country to country. Ask our customer service to get a free quote without obligations!
What does the shipping cost include?
Our shipping charges include basic shipping costs (fuel, driver, highway tolls, weighing, taxes), and insurance.
Inside the U.S., 100 pounds of luggage are also covered.
Which shipping method is better to choose?
Inside the U.S., we use transportation for ordinary cars, but we recommend closed transportation for more expensive ones.
Outside the U.S., this may vary by the final destination and the time you expect your vehicle to be delivered.
How can I track my vehicle?
We will provide you with the phone number of the assigned driver. However, this can’t always be the case, so customers can also contact us directly to inquire about the real-time location of the vehicle!
Can I put more luggage in the car?
Yes!
Inside the U.S., you can put more than 100 pounds of luggage. However, there is a certain risk when transporting more than 100 pounds, and the car may be injured.
Outside the U.S., this may vary by the laws of the destination country. Ask our customer service for more information!
The documents on the car have expired, can I still ship the car?
There will be no problem with the expired documents, your vehicle can still be delivered.
Will the driver come to the door to pick up the vehicle?
Basically, our drivers are door to door. Unless the road is too narrow or a one-way street where the track cannot park, it is possible to arrange the pick-up location somewhere nearby.

Wht kind of vehicles can be transported?

Will the driver notify us before coming to pick-up/deliver the vehicle?
The driver will call you to confirm the pick-up time one day before the expected collection date. The same goes for delivery.
Are there any additional fees after the price is determined?
Absolutely not! Unless the weight of the loaded luggage is different from what was agreed. If this is the case, our customer service will contact you and discuss the best solution.
